Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 15 business days from the date of receipt. Please note that we offer STORE CREDIT REFUNDS ONLY.

Exchange requests beyond this period will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, which are non-refundable. To qualify, returned items must be in their original condition, with tags, packaging, and a receipt or proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

We allow exchanges within 15 days provided that the customer covers all shipping costs. Kindly fill out this Returns Form to process your exchange request.

STEP 1: Request an exchange or refund (store credit) and wait for approval within 2–3 business days.
STEP 2: Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and should ship the item back within 2–3 business days to the provided address. Failure to return within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the request.
STEP 3: Once we receive your item, we’ll process the exchange within 3–5 business days.

Please note: customers are responsible for the shipping fees for the replacement item.

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY

To ensure your request is approved, please follow these guidelines:
– Return the item in the same modeset packaging it came in.
– Tags must be intact and not removed.
– Include all freebies or inclusions (if any).
– Items must not be worn, washed, or have any scent (e.g., perfume or detergent).

Items that fail to meet these conditions will be considered ineligible for return or exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds (store credit) will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please contact us at info@modesetofficial.com.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
